Annual “End of Year” Fundraising Gala

You are invited to attend St. Francis Xavier’s annual End of Year Gala! Join our Falcon community for an exciting night of dancing, music, dinner & drinks, and plenty of fun. This adult only fundraising event is a terrific way to give back to the students and educators at our school while enjoying a great evening with friends and family.

You will not want to miss this thrilling event that attracts 300-500 people every year. Here are the details for the 2023 “Tropical Nights” End of Year Gala:

Date: April 28, 2023
Time: 7:00p.m. to 11:00p.m.
Where: St. Francis Xavier Catholic School Gymnasium

Dance the night away to music brought to you by St. Francis Xavier’s very own music teacher turned gala DJ, Mr. Jodice. Then, participate in the live auction event to see our school gym teacher and gala auctioneer Coach Morgan in action.

There is also a silent auction that event goers can participate in by bidding on different prizes. This is a fantastic way to give back to the school, even if you can’t make it to the gala. The silent auction typically opens online one week before the night of the event. The school will send out a notification and link to the silent auction when it opens to the public for bidding.

Tickets for the event can be purchased online and run for about $100 each.

Sponsorships

When you become a gala sponsor, your business’ name and logo is displayed across event signage, in the program, across table centerpieces, and more! This is a great way to get your business seen by hundreds of people from across the Southwest Florida area.

Sponsorships can range from $300 to $6,000. Each sponsorship level includes different incentives such as complimentary admission tickets, collectable event glasses, a festive memorabilia wine basket, a shoutout on the school’s website and social media page, your business logo displayed on major event signage, and more.

This event would not be possible with the help of volunteers! We appreciate anyone who gives their time to helping our faculty and staff decorate the gymnasium, organize games, or set up the silent and live auctions.
